Court rejects bail in rape case 6/7/2014 11:12:08 PM JAMMU, June 7: Special Municipal Mobile Magistrate Jammu Kamlesh Pandita today rejected the bail application of one Bachan Lal who was arrested by the police in attempt to rape with minor. According to the police case; mother of the complainant lodged a complaint with police on April 11, 2014 she had gone to factory for her labour work and her daughter was alone in her residential house where the accused Bachan Lal tried to entice her minor daughter to fulfil his vicious design of committing rape on her minor daughter. On this police registered a case u/s 376/511/34 RPC. After hearing both sides, Special Municipal Mobile Magistrate Jammu Kamlesh Pandita observed that in this case the investigation is going on and the bail to the accused person would definitely give wrong signal in the society and in other way shall also encourage the person who is decidedly contemplating the same.
