HC directs State to conduct DPC for promotion of Naib-Tehsildars 6/19/2014 10:58:08 PM Jammu, June 19 (JNF): In a petition filed by Arjun Singh and Ors challenging inaction and discriminatory action on the part of state in allowing usurping of the post of NaibTehsildar by the Vested Interest persons of the official respondents in the name of adjustment made on look after basis and delaying the process of consideration for the promotion of the petitioner and other eligible candidates.
