Jammu, June 19: The Kabir Kalyan Kendar (KKK), Sama Chak, Jhiri, Jammu today celebrated Sad Guru Kabir Jayanti today at Jhiri in which large number of devotees/followers participated with full faith and religious fervor.
Amid spiritual ambiance created by the devotional songs and religious sloganeering in praise of Sad Guru Kabir Dass Ji while spiritual discourses were also delivered by religious preachers. Mula Ram, Chairman, F C Bhagat, President, G R Bhagat, Sr Vice President, Madan Lal, Vice President, Gurbachan Bhagat, Cashier, District President Jammu Pardeep Bhagat, Bishan Dass, Block President Satwari, Sham Lal Block President Bhalwal of All J&K Shri Sad Guru Kabir Sabha, Master Tara Chand Ji, General Secretary of Kabir Kalyan Kendar also were present on this religious occasion and rendered their missionary services to the service of the devotees.
Speaking on the occasion they highlighted the preaching of the great saint and exhorted the devotees to follow in the true spirits to be a true devotee of their deity. They also asked the community members to extend helping hand to the down trodden as the SadGuru have preached for the upliftment of the particular section of society.
The religious congregation concluded with the serving of 'Prasad' during the Guru Ka Langar which was served to the devotees and other visitors to the congregation. |
