Minor drowns in water tank 6/20/2014 12:22:13 AM Early Times Report Udhampur, June 19: A minor girl aged seven years died in his house water tank in Battal Balian Udhampur. According to reports, the deceased was identified as Sikha daughter of Jugal Kumar of Battal Balian Udhampur. They said she was playing in his house and suddenly slipped in open water tank in his house. Family member fished out and took him to district hospital Udhampur.
