Udhampur, June 19: In order to check the punctuality and regularity of the teachers, masters of the Panchari Zone Pawan Slathia Principal Zonal Education Officer (ZEO), Panchari conducted a series of surprise inspection in the Government Middle School Kansal, Government Middle School, Gulla Ban and Government Middle School Thathli.
During inspections, he found Rajinder Sharma ReT (Reg) teacher of Government Middle School Kansal absent from duty unauthorizedly. Three teachers of Government Middle School, Gulla Ban, namely; Ashok Kumar ReT, Jagdish Singh ReT and Rajni Devi RET were found un-authorized absent from duty without any leave application and Incharge Headmaster of the School was shown on leave but his leave was not dispatched to ZEO Panchari. Satish Kumar, Incharge HM of the Government Middle School Thathli was found absent from the school for the last two days without any movement order on the Order Book which reflects a high degree of non-seriousness on his part.
ZDO issued instructions of withholding of all the absentee teachers masters.
They were also directed to explain their absence from their Schools without any intimation to the ZEO Panchari within three days positively failing which strict disciplinary action as laid down in the J&K CSR will be initiated against them. |
