| AIMC President Neeta Desouza visits Jammu | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 22: Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee today organized meeting of Mahila workers on the visit of Neeta Desouza incharge Jammu and Kashmir All India Mahila Congress at Sainik Colony Jammu.
The meeting was organized by District Mahila President Prabha Salathia and Indu Pawar President Pardesh Mahila Congress and they apprised the Neta Desouza about the activities of Mahila Congress.
Pawar appealed workers to keep meeting at village/grass root level to address the problems being faced by women and other sections of the society. She said Congress is people's movement as an organization and has passed through many ups and downs during past 130 years.
People have started feeling Achae Din as BJP Govt has given first hike in rail fares. She asked Mahila cadre to keep meeting people at Block/Village level to address the problems being faced by the people. She thanked Neeta Desouza for being with us in Jammu and assured her of cooperation from Pradesh Mahila Congress. Neeta Desouza asked workers that Congress is the only answer to this country's problems may it be unity of the nation, secularism, women empowerment Congress has taken care of every soul of our nation. She asked workers to keep meeting at grass root level and discuss the problems of people with District and State level office bearers for early solutions. |
