| SP Hqrs Jammu conducts 4 PCPG meetings | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 22 : Under the directions of DGP, J&K , SP Hqrs. Jammu accompanied with SDPO R.S.Pura, SHO P/S Mran sahib and SHO P/S R.S.Pura alongwith concerned IC BPP's of Sub-Division R.S.Pura conducted series of Public Meetings today at (1) Agrachak (2) Abdullian (3) Baspur (4) Miran Sahib areas. A Large No. of respectable citizens of the area, Sarpanchs, Panchs, Numberdars, Ladies, youths were present on these places.
This is an effort to reach out to the general public garner their support viz-a-viz to cement the ties between Police and the public.
The main focus of these meetings was to listen to their problems being faced by them, They have been informed that Men in Khaki are the representatives of Police Parivar and we are always perform under the gaze of public.
The participants have raised some issues, for which on spot directions have been issued to the SDPO and they have been assured that their genuine demands will be e taken up with concerned authorities for remedial measures.
The public in unison have responded faith in the Police Administration and assured that they will remain united in all circumstances and will nip the efforts of dividing them in bud and work shoulder to shoulder with the Police for ensuring a proper check over all the anti social/anti national elements of the area. |
