| Won't allow anyone to vitiate peace, dev: Rather | | | Early Times Report
CHADOORA, Jun 22: Saying that public welfare, peace and development is the mission of present Government which is being pursued as an act of faith, the Minister for Finance and Ladakh Affairs, A R Rather has reiterated that all the resources will be pooled to fulfill promises made to the people and to redress their grievances. Addressing public gathering at Kootabal in Chrar-i-Sharief Constituency after inaugurating Health Sub Center, Rather said that no stone will be left unturned to come up to the expectations of the people, adding that mass contact with the people shall be further strengthened and broad based in coming days to get feed of the people's problems and needs for their on-the-spot redressal. Rather said that the state has registered many big strides in all most all the sectors of life during the last five and half years which are historic land marks. "Opening of new schools, colleges and health institutions, construction of multi crore gigantic bridges, road connectivity in remote areas and massive macadamization are some of these landmark achievements, "Rather said and asked the people to compare it with the performance of previous regimes."What could not happen in last about 60 years, had done in just 5 years of the present Government," Rather added. |
