It is unfortunate that the State Govt. has addressed the issue of age enhancement from 58 to 60 yrs in respect of state employees. Where as it has side tracked the question of regularization of casual , seasonal, consolidated, local fund need base and daily rated workers working in the different departments of the state Govt. and cut in size towards other issues like Removal of Pay anomalies of different Departments. Meanwhile the meeting decided to hold the convention to review overall scenario and to chalk the further course of action.
