Jammu, July 19: The Kindergarten section of Stephens International Public school today celebrated 'rainbow Bonanza'.
According to press release, as a part of conceptual development children usually learn about colour during their pre-school. The ability to identify colours is considered a marker and a mile stone in a child's cognitive process. Hence the yellow wave was all set. Staff members dressed in yellow, campus decorated in yellow buntings and balloons beautified the occasion.
Students collected various yellow coloured articles and objects and displayed the same zealously. Similarly the Green Colour Day, Blue Colour Day and Red Colour Days are celebrated in the school.
The Director Satvinder Saini, Principal BN Sarkar and Vice-Principal Rama Jamwal encouraged the staff and students for taking such endeavours. |
