Kishtwar, Aug 6: In an effort to provide career opportunities to local youth, a recruitment rally for different posts in the force is being conducted by army at Kishtwar from August 20 to 24, an army spokesman said. According to official spokesperson, a special Army Recruitment Rally is being conducted at Chowgan ground of Kishtwar exclusively for the three Districts of Kishtwar, Doda and Ramban from 20-24. “Kishtwar being the hub of region has been chosen as the venue for this rally which is being organized by Army Recruiting Office Jammu, official said adding that recruitment will be held for Soldier (General Duty), Soldier(Technical) and Soldier (Clerk/Store Keeper) at Kishtwar.’ “No candidate with Tatto on its body will be allowed to participate in recruitment rally, official added. “For the candidates of Ramban District the date of screening has been fixed as August 20 and for the candidates of Kishtwar District, screening has been scheduled on Aug 21 with medical examination of previously selected candidates. However the candidates of District Doda, will be screened on Aug 22 while medical examination of previous pass candidates will also be conducted on the same day, official added. Meanwhile on August 23, medical examination of candidates passing the screening on previous day will be held and handing/taking over will be done on August 24 . The aspiring candidates have been asked to report at Chowgan ground in Kishtwar from 5:00 AM onwards on the scheduled dates. Common Entrance Exam (CEE) for the screened in candidates will be held at Zorawar Stadium Sunjwan, Jammu on August 31. He also added that a negative marking system involving 0.5 negative marks for every wrong answer will be implemented in CEE. |
