Jammu, Aug 6: Police today claimed to have arrested two persons including one presently serving in local court for their alleged involvement in attempt to murder case reported today from area falling under Gharota Police Station.
The accused have been identified as Neik Mohd s/o Ali of Kote, employee in CJM Court and Mohd Awaz s/o Rahmat Khan of Kote.
As per police sources, both the alleged accused, stoned one Mohd Farooq sonof Mohd Din of Kote with the bricks resulting fatal injuries to him on his head over an alleged land dispute. The injured was referred to the Chandigarh for advanced treatment for critical injuries, sources said.
Meanwhile the sources said that police have booked the accused u/s 307,451,323 RPC. |
