| Man commits suicide, two found dead | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 6: A middle-aged man committed suicide by hanging self at the house of his sister in lower Roop Nagar Janipur area while two unidentified persons including a sadhu were found dead under mysterious circumstances at different places. The deceased has been identified as Surinder Pandita son of late Kashi Nath Pandita of Lower Roop Nagar area.
Police sources said that he was found hanging with the hook of a ceiling fan at the house of his sister in Lower Roop Nagar. After getting the information, police reached the spot and shifted the body to the mortuary of the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) for legal formalities. Police said that a case in this connection has been registered and further investigation is on to ascertain the exact reasons behind such an extreme step.
Meanwhile, an unidentified 30 years-old sadhu was found dead under mysterious circumstances at Railway Station Jammu. After getting the information, police reached the Police reached the spot where sadhu was lying unconscious at platform no.1 and shifted him to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) where he was declared as brought dead. Police said the body was shifted to the mortuary of the hospital for legal formalities.
Meanwhile another unidentified male body was found under mysterious circumstances at Bus Stand Jammu. After getting information police immediately reached the spot and shifted the body to the mortuary of GMC&H for legal formalities. The police after registering a case have started investigation in this regard. |
