| Jammu, Oct 13 : In a petition filed by a lease holder, challenging the order of Tehsildar, Bahu, wherein he had restrained Sainik Housing and Cooperative Society for any construction work till demarcation of the land was conducted, high court judge Tashi Rabstan today directed that the order shall remain stayed. The court issued notice returnable within one week and in the meanwhile subject to objections from other side order of September 18, 2014 issued by Tehsildar, Bahu, by which he had directed the naib-tehsildar to visit the spot and restrain the sainik cooperative housing society from any construction work shall remain stayed.
