| Rao appeals people to eradicate opportunistic parties | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 4: President Thathri Development Front Kuldeep Kumar Rao, appealed the voter to rise above the consideration of party politics, religion, caste etc and exercise the voting power to elect only honest and efficient representatives.
As per press release, Rao said NC & Congress have miserably failed to provide good governance. Corruption touched astonishing height during the reign. To quote only a few examples it is apt to mention that Education portfolio worked by the Congress ministers for the last 12 years and everybody knows that the standard of the education has gone from bad to worse during this period. Transfers in the department have become a lucrative business and this is known to everyone. Yet the Congress high command is silent, NC ministers have equally been notorious in the corruption practices of all sorts &. PDP has attained the status of its B-team in term of corruption & opportunism as most of their candidates are involved in corruption cases. The need of the hour ,therefore is to change the present polluted political system in the country so that laws are enacted in the interest of common man rather than saving the corrupts.
He further said that BJP is also no better option but one step of BJP high command is praiseworthy that they have rejected all the 7 sitting MLAs who were tainted in one way or the other though all of them are influential people. Just as BJP high command has discarded bad elements, let the voters also discard all such faces who are not trustworthy whether they belong to BJP, NC, Congress, PDP or NPP. |
