Shama-Un-Ahmed new incharge Naib Tehsildar 11/4/2014 10:06:47 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, Nov 4: District Election Officer (Deputy Commissioner) has issued an order and appointed Shama-Un-Ahmed, DS&EO as in-charge of the election cell to run the election cell smoothly. District Election Officer (DEO) has also directed all the political parties/ other stake holders to get prior permission from the DEO/ concerned Returning Officers (ROs)/ concerned Sub Divisional Magistrates (SDMs) for using loud speakers between 6 am and 10 pm.
