| Accused on interim bail re-arrested | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 4: Satwari police today re-arrested a criminal who was on interim bail in case FIR No 157/2014 after he assaulted his victim with a criminal intention.
"The accused identified namely as Tajinder Singh of Simbal Camp presently at Azad Nagar Gadigarh was on interim bail in case FIR No 157/2014 section 307 /341/324/323/34 RPC and 4/25 Arms Act and was arrested by police, police sources said. They said, "The accused was rearrested when he again attacked the victim Vijay Kumar alias Babbi s/o Yash Paul Sharma of Beli Charana.
Pertinent to mention earlier Babbi was attacked by assailants with sharp edged weapon on his right arms 4/5 times and today when Vijay came in police station to meet investigating officer to know the fate of the case Tajinder tried to rough up with him.
Acting immediately, SHO Satwari Inspector Kulbir Singh Choudhary intervened and rescued Vijay from his assaulter.
