Early Times Report Kishtwar, Dec 6: Director School Education Jammu Abdul Rashid Inqalabi today held a meeting with Principles and Headmaster of various schools of Kishtwar District at New DC office Kishtwar and held a detail discussion with them on various education related issues and the problem faced by the education community in Kishtwar District. Chief Education Officer Kishtwar Javed Ahmed Kichloo brief the director about various problems faced by the department in this hilly and remote District of Kishtwar. DSE also review the progress of various programs under RMSA and SSA beside also take stock of shortage of staff in schools and infrastructure. While addressing the teaching community, DSE Jammu laid stress for inclusion of moral values among the children's as well as among the teaching community. He said that due to lack of moral values, the relationship among the students and the teachers is degrading on each passing day. He said that their is a need to maintain dress code within the institutions. He said that the teaching profession is highly pious and near to God. While talking to "Early Times" Director School Education Jammu said that the aim and objective of his visit to Kishtwar is to reach out to its people and listen their grievances. Meanwhile a deputation of J&K ReT Fourm Kishtwar lead by its District PresidentTahir Masood and Zakir Butt provincial Secretary today called on Director School Education Jammu and submitted memorandum regarding their demands which include release of pending salary of ReTs under SSA for the last six months, release of pending MDM charges, Release of salary grant on yearly basis for ReTs, Release of DA arrears and release of honorarium with regard to additional Duties under Talash Scheme. Others who were present with the deputation are Satish Kumar Sen, Khaliq Hussain Ahanger, Amanullah Ahanger Tanveer Butt, Mohammad Hafeez, Shoket Ali Bagwan, Mir Zaman, Rakesh Kumar, Shavan Kumar and Abdul Qayoom. |
