Jammu, Dec 6: In a petition filed by Bench Secretaries of Judges of High Court seeking direction for accord of framing their service rules, enhancement of salaries as per the Apex Court resolution adopted in the Chief Justices' Conference in 2002, including grant of benefit of SRO 386 and creation of a few additional posts, high court judge B L Bhat observed that Registrar General has filed the reply.
After hearing the two sides, he directed Commissioner/Secretary of Law and Finance department to file reply within two weeks. (JNF) |
