| Home for aged, infirm holds annual body meeting | | | Jammu, Dec 7:Home for the aged and infirm, today held its annual general body meeting under the chairmanship of vice president Prem Gupta here at Vridh Ashram, Ambphalla.
According to press release, the meeting was started with the rich tributes paid by the member ID Soni, state commissioner Jammu and Kashmir Bharat scouts and guides to a renowned social activist late Dr. Vidya Nath Gupta former president of this home.
New managing committee headed by Prem Gupta as president and Er. Vijay Kumar Bhagotora as secretary was unanimously elected for a term of three years.
Male and Females representatives of the inmates expressed satisfaction with the amenities, facilities and medical care being provided to them by the home and appreciated the sincere efforts put in by the management for their over all welfare. Joint Secretary Er. BB Gupta, members of the managing committee HS Manhas, Vijay Gupta and OP Verma also attended the meeting. Secretary, Er.
