JCC Bank Row: Court sets-aside Registrar Cooperative' orders over 'functioning' | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 29: Judicial Members of Special Tribunal Sanjay Parihar today allowed the revision petition of Elected Board of Directors of Jammu Central Cooperative Bank and set-aside the order of Registrar Cooperative Societies whereby it was ordered that the affairs of Jammu Central Cooperative Bank shall be looked-after by Joint Registrar (Adm) Cooperative Societies J&K. After hearing Adv Vikram Sharma appearing for the Elected Board of Directors whereas Sr Adv UK Jalali for the President Multipurpose Cooperative Society whereas AAG MA Chashoo appearing for the Registrar Cooperative Societies, Judicial Members of Special Tribunal Sanjay Parihar observed that the order impugned May 6, this year suffers from grave impropriety and has been passed in exercise of jurisdiction that could not have been involved at very initial stage of proceedings without giving opportunity of being heard to the parties and thus failure in this regard has caused mis-carriage of justice. Court with these observations set-aside the order of Registrar Cooperative Societies and allowed the revision petition of Elected Board of Directors of Jammu Central Cooperative Bank . |
