| Kundan appeals PM not to give up their stand on Article 370, AFSPA | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 29: Senior leader of Kashmiri Pandits' and president of KPC Kundan Kashmiri today appealed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bhartiya Janta Party president Amit Shah not to give up their position and principle stand, just formation of Government in the state, on important issues like abrogation of Article 370,imposition of AFSPA in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
Kundan said compromise on such vital issues would demoralize the KPs on the whole, nationalist forces as well as supporters and sympathizers of the BJP.
It would also encourage the separatists and other anti- national forces which would result negative fallout for the unity of the state and sovereignty of the nation.
He further said that silence and in-action of BJP on abrogation of Article 370, AFSPA, one place settlement of KPs and other issues would further complicate the return of displaced KPs to the valley as abrogation of 370 is pre- condition set by KPC for return of Displaced KPs to Kashmir valley. |
