| National integration camp at Kathua | | | Early Times Report
kathua, Jan 9: To discuss the arrangements for National Integration camp being organized in Kathua from 9th to 14th January 2015 by NYK Kathua, Anshul Garg (IAS) convened a meeting of officers of various line departments at conference Hall of the DC office complex.
Additional SP Kathua, General Manager DIC Kathua, Principal GDC Kathua, CEO Municipality and other officers attended the meeting. Threadbare discussions were held regarding various issues and directions were passed to the police for providing security at the venue. The instructions were passed to the concerned departments for regular water / power supply and cleanliness and medical facilities at the venue. National Integration camp will comprise of a district youth convention on 11th January, field visit to the various areas of Kathua and rally for creating awareness on 12th Jan. 2015. On the concluding day of the camp, a mega cultural event will be organized depicting culture of the various states.
The NYK teams from the states of Orissa, Rajasthan, Punjab, Himachal, Delhi, UP and Jammu and Kashmir will participate in the camp. |
