Saproo's demise widely condoled 1/9/2015 11:28:39 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 9: Engineers of the state have expressed deep condolence and shock on the sudden departure of Superintending Engineer Bansi Lal Saproo recently retired from Irrigation & Flood Control Department. Saproo has been an engineer of eminence, known for his dedication commitment and integrity. He made his valuable contribution to Jammu Municipal Corporation during his stint as Technical Officer upto year 2010. Fraternity of engineers from Kashmir valley also paid rich tributes to Saproo for his quality contribution to the department of Irrigation & Flood Control in the capacity as Executive Engineer as well as Superintending Engineer. Saproo has left an indelible mark of distinction in the discharge of duties and will always be remembered with respect by his colleagues.
