Jammu, Feb 5: District Development Commissioner, Jammu, Ajeet Kumar Sahu today chaired a meeting of officers and reviewed the arrangements for the forthcoming Maha Shivratri festival. Stressing for synchronized efforts DDC directed the concerned officers to put in place the necessary arrangements well in time. DDC directed the health department to provide well equipped ambulances to accompany with the jhankies procession being taken out through bazaars in the city.
Among others the meeting was attended by SSP Traffic Jammu, Mohan Lal, Additional Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Kalyan Singh Parihar, AC General Shehnaz Akhter and Deputy Director Tourism, Vinakshi Koul. |
