Action against Anil Goswami appreciated; PAPA 2/5/2015 11:23:44 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 5 : People's Action and Public Accountability (PAPA) today appreciated the decision of union government's that has prompt action against the former home secretary Anil Goswami was quite appreciable in view of his misconduct, expressed by the president of non political organization. According to press release, they said that bureaucrats were never supposed to act as Goswami proceeded, it added. Such actions need to be treated as an example within governments functioning all over the country, it further added. "Now question is to fix the responsibility of such unwanted trends within the bureaucracy of country?
