MLA distributes uniforms among safai karamcharis 2/5/2015 11:28:14 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 5 : Fulfilling the long pending demand of the safai karamcharis of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), the newly elected MLA of Jammu West, Sat Sharma distributed uniforms to them on Thursday. According to press release, Commissioner, JMC Kiran Wattal also lauded the role of SKCs and committed to redress all the genuine issues of SKCs related to their welfare and reiterated that it is the prime responsibility of the corporation to keep Jammu neat and clean. Speaking on the occasion, MLA Sat Sharma also lauded the role of SKCs and assured that he will raise issues related to SKCs before the concerned authorities vigorously. On the occasion 430 uniforms were distributed to the SKCs. He appreciated the role of Jammu Municipal Corporation for taking keen interest to boost the Safaikar-amcharis and also appeals to all the locals to keep their surroundings neat and clean to make our city green and hygienic.
