A book on short story collection released | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 5 : "Chita Kallar" a short story collection written by noted theatre artist, play write and short story writer Late Parven Kesar was released by M.Y. Tarigami, MLA in a simple but an impressive function organized by IPTA in collaboration with Rasa Javeedani Memorial Literary society in the Prof. Gian Chand Jain seminar hall of the department of Urdu, University of Jammu. Prof. Shohab Inayat Malik, Director Kishtwar Campus, University of Jammu presided over the Book release function, while.Y Tarigami grace the occasion as Chief Guest. The presidium was also shared by Nirmal Kesar, wife of Late Parveen Kesar who took initiative to publish the Short Stories of her late husband. Shiv Dev Susheel welcome the distinguished Guests while Dr. Sushma Rani presented a detail paper on "Chita Kallar" she described the short stories written by Parveen Kesar a progressive one which projects the realities of life. In his address M.Y. Tarigami , spook at length about the Parveen Kesar and his writings. He discussed his close association with Parveen Kesar which is spread over 20 years. Tarigami congratulated the wife of Parveen Kesar for Publishing the book after his death and said that Parveen Kesar was a progressive from the core of his heart. |
