| SUVIDHA to organize Pet Fashion Show on Mar 4 | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 28: SUVIDHA (Society for Upliftment and value to Indigenous Animals, Health and Agriculture) is going to organize a Pet Fashion Show/Dog Show on 4th March 2018 at GULSHAN GROUND GANDHI NAGAR JAMMU between 09.30 am to 3.00 pm. This show will be inaugurated by Dr SP Vaid DGP J&K police. More than 200 pets are participating in this event. SUVIDHA a social organization formed by likeminded people with their love towards animals, agriculture and environment, with a common idea to uplift the living standard of not only rural people but also to provide them good living standards with dignity. The main aim of this organization is to improve health of animals, to stop cruelty against animals, to work for clean environment through plantation, social forestry and hygiene. A major emphasis would also be given to conserve the indigenous breeds of animals which are on the verge of extinction, so more of indigenous breeds be reared or kept as pet. Organizing events where people are being able to come close to animals is another work of this organization. Along with this event we will be having free antirabies vaccine camp along with free deworming, free ticks treatment and free health check up with lots of sampling for pets. |
