| Sanskriti School Kathua celebrated National Science Day | | |  Early Times Report
Kathua, Feb 28: Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua celebrated National Science Day on 28th Feb 2018. This day is commemorated in the honour of sir C.V Raman for his legacy. Who discovered Raman effort on 28th Feb 1928. A special assembly was conducted on this day. We organized extempore quiz and prepared science models and demonstrated various science projects. The theme of the year 2018 is "Science and technology for a suitable future".
National Science Day is the biggest science function of India. The purpose of celebrating National Science Day is spreading the message of the importance of science in daily life of the people. It is also an occasion for the scientific community of the country to come together and celebrate wonders of science. It is organized by Reena (TGT Science) to aware the students. At last, Principal of the school Shuchita Gupta appreciated the efforts of science teacher and students for successful event. She also threw light on the importance of awareness of science and said "It is important to develop and encourage passion for science among school children and youth". |
