| PDP BJP Govt implements PAO without exercise: Jan | | | Early Times Report
Poonch, Feb 28: National Conference here has alleged state government for implementation of Pay and Accounts Office System without much ground exercise putting people in severe problems and had demanded for implementation of decision after 31st of March.
In his statement, Youth National Conference Provincial President Ajaz Jan accused government of giving a fresh issue of worry for masses, especially the contractors.
He said that government should have taken this step after necessary exercise to prevent difficulties for masses.
"Government should implement this PAO after the end of this financial year as in the ongoing last months of current financial year, contractors are running pillar to post to get their bills cleared but government has put them in problem", Jan said. He further highlighted today's protest of contractors in Poonch wherein they locked some government offices in protest against PAO and has said that no citizens wants to indulge in any protest but government policies are forcing the same. |
