JAMMU, Feb 28: All J and K State Power Lifting Association has finalized the selection list of power lifting players for the upcoming National Bench Press Championship which is scheduled to be held from March 16 to 18, 2018, at Ranchi. In this connection, All J and K State Power Lifting Association had conducted State Bench Press Power Lifting Championship at MAM Stadium yesterday under the norms of Power Lifting Federation of India.
During the championship, a prize distribution ceremony was organized in which SHO R S Pura, Inspector Bisnesh Bhagat was the Chief Guest who distributed prizes among the winners. The players were selected under the supervision of J and K Sports Council Officer, Ravi Kumar (Division Sports Officer) and Coach Inder Pal Singh. Rahul Sawhney, Senior Vice President; Gulzar Singh and Vikram Singh Vice Presidents; Ajay Sharma General Secretary; Sanjeev Singh, Adil Ashraf and Suresh Pal Singh Joint Secretaries; Deepak Jyoti and Ajit Pal Singh executive member of All J and K Power lifting Association were the organizers. The selected players for National Championship in Men category are Narinder, Amandeep, Sandeep, Rajat, Vikramdeep, Adil, Vijay Kumar, Marshal, Swan, Aditya, Shiv and Deepak. In Women category selected players are Radha Kumar, Ajana Devi, Monika Sharma, Gurpreet Kaur, Meenal Singh, Simran and Khushi. |
