| NC expresses grief over killing of soldiers in Valley | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 23: S.Gurdeep Singh Sasan, Vice President National Conference Jammu province expressed his grief and sorrow over the loss of lives of Police and Army officials in an encounter with Militants at Srinagar.
Sasan who visited Late Deepak Thusoo House at Jagti Camp today expressed his deep concern over the senseless killings and paid Rich tributes to the departed souls. He interacted with the martyred's family and said that the loss of life cannot be fulfilled but assured the family that the National Conference fully stands with them at this over of crises and understands their pain and sorrow.
Sasan lambasted PDP, BJP Govt. for it total failure on all fronts and described the Govt. as directionless which have proven to be totally failed to contain the violence in the State. He expressed his anguish over non seriousness of the administration and BJP & PDP Political dispensation for not paying a visit to the grieved family and not extending or assuring any kind of help to the martyred family. He demanded immediate relief of Rs.25 lacs to the martyred families and Govt. employment to the one of the family members of the martyred. Sasan urged the Govt. to show its seriousness in containing the violence and understand the sufferings and problem being faced by the common masses.
Sasan adopted the children for education purpose and assured the family that he will bear the educational expenditure of the martyred family Deepak Thusoo till their case for compensation is settled. He appealed to the societies to show their solidarity with the martyred families and help them to come out of this great shock by showing their concern for the victim families. |
