70 pouches of illicit liquor seized, one held Jaibans Singh 3/23/2018 11:39:26 PM Early Times Report mendhar, Mar 23: Police seized 70 pouches of illicit liquor and arrested one person in this connection here today. A police spokesman said that a police naka party led by SHO Mendhar Mohd Amin intercepted one Rajinder Kumar, son of Lal Chand resident of Ari and recovered 70 pouches of illicit liquor from his possession here today.
