Jammu, Apr 1: "Swacchhta Pakhwada" organized by Health & Medical Education Department under Under Swacch Bharat Mission Abhiyan begun today.
At Super Speciality Hospital it was initiated by the staff in presence of Dr Arun Sharma Medical Superintendent & Dr Deepak Dy Medical Superintendent. All the staff gathered and took oath wherein a pledge for maintaining swachhata in hospital, outside, homes and all places was undertaken by all. This was followed by initiation of cleanliness drive.
A detailed schedule has been made by the Hospital Administration day wise wherein daily some activities will be performed like cleaning of various sections, gardens, lanes and drains, terrace etc along with training and workshops on Biomedical waste management, hand washing, infection control etc for which laison has been done with various NGO'S, social organisations etc.
on 7th April 2018 World Health Day will also be celebrated keeping Swacchhta in focus. |
