Rajput samelan held, meritorious officers honoured

Doda, July 30: Rajputs Samelan was held at Bhaderwah District Doda, organized by Shri Amar Kshatriya (Rajput) Sabha J&K. The main aim of organizing the Samelan was to maintain unity among Rajput Biradri members and also to strengthen the scattered (Rajputs) Cadre at one Plat form who are living at far off higher reaches at Bhaderwah. It was also with the object of achieving democratic rights enshrined in the constitution of India.
The other issues confronting the Rajput Biradri such as Un-employment of Educated (Rajput) Youths, Special drive to recruit educated youths in the Belt Forces by the Central / State Governments in the Bhaderwah area. Besides this the other local issues also came under discussion in the Samelan. Large number of Biradri members hailing from Bhaderwah Town, Adhgar, Tron, Dharyar, Kailad, Doda Humble, Yodhpur , Bhalla Tehsil, Arnora , Chinta, Shottara areas and other adjacent villages of Tehsil Bhaderwah participated in the Rajput Samelan.
Narayan Singh President Shri Amar Kshatriya (Rajput) Sabha J&K thanked all Biradri members for their participation in large numbers in the (Rajput) Samelan at Bhaderwah. He advised all Biradri Members especially the youths to maintain unity and support those political leaders who assured them to fight for the cause of Rajputs in the assembly as well as in the Parliament, may it be regarding employment of educated Rajput youths, organizing of special recruitment drive to recruit educated youths in Belt forces in the State as well as central Governments and to provide other welfare schemes for the welfare of the community.
Prominent among those who spoke on the occasion were Bishan Singh Jamwal General Secretary, Raj Kumar tehsil President Billawar (Kathua), Jagdish Singh Tehsil President Sunderbani (Rajouri District), Nand Lal Tehsil President Chenani (Udhampur), Captain Arjun Singh District President Udhampur and Reasi, Pawan Chib Youth President Youth Wing, Mangleshwar Slathia Chairman Youth Wing and R S Jasrotia Secretary of the Sabha.
