MS Nazki Early Times Report Poonch, Dec 23: Public Health Engineering Department have been blamed for its failure to supply the water to district hospital Poonch regularly where for the last four days patients and their attendants have gone through embarrassing situation due to non availability of water, sources said here today. Lambasting the hospital authorities and health department for their pathetic approach the patients and their attendants staged a protest demonstration in hospital premises who were purchasing water from the market for drinking purposes.
