Early Times Report Jammu, July 25: He has no constitutional authority to issue instructions to government officials, but that does not prevent the 'high profile' BJP leader and husband of a minister in the PDP-BJP coalition, Yudhvir Sethi, from calling the shots in different departments. Sethi, whose wife Priya Sethi is a Minister of State (MoS) for School Education, is these days behaving as if he is holding an office of authority. He keeps on monitoring several ongoing developmental works in the city and gives directions of different nature to the officials. Sethi today issued a statement in which he said he had visited Raj Tilak road, Sabzi Mandi and adjoining areas in the old city which were damaged due to incessant rains and issued directions to the Municipal department to immediately restore lanes, drains and other infrastructure.
