Bhaderwah, Apr 4 : Block Congress Committee (BCC) Bhaderwah today sought vote for Gulam Nabi Azad, Congress party candidate for Kathua-Doda Lok Sabha seat. According to press release, President, BCC Bhaderwah, Shabir Ahmed Khan visited villages of Bhaderwah included Chinta, Nalthi, Chakra Bhati, Chaka, Sartinhgal, Basti, Qilla Mohalla, Dandi, Bhalra, Kansar, Sherakhi, Thanala, Dradu, Khelanai, Bhalla and Narnoo and held a public meeting there in which he congratulated the people for getting a candidate like Ghulam Nabi Azad to vote for in the Lok Sabha elections for Udhampur-Doda-Kathua Constituency. Shabir Ahmed Khan while speaking said that public welfare and development in the area had been the main motto of Azad. Within a short span of two and a half years of his regime as Chief Minister Azad brought in a big change and now when he is Union Health Minister he has given maximum number of medical colleges to our State including one in Kathua and Doda He stressed upon the people to give over 90 per cent votes to Azad so that he wins in the Lok Sabha Election with a thumping majority and takes up various developmental works in the area.He also criticised the power hungry and selfish policies of BJP and said that its role in the Assembly and Legislative Council during the present term is an open book before the people of Jammu and Kashmir. |
