Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 4: In a broad day light robbery three unidentified men looted Rs 15000 at gunpoint from a Petrol Pump here on the Bishnah road on Friday, police sources said. Police sources said that Indian Oil Petrol Pump titled as M/s Shiv Shakti Filling Station located near at Bishnah , some 19 kms away from Jammu city was looted by three youths after stabbing two employees.' "Three men wearing monkey caps (balaclava) on their splendor motorcycle having covered number plate covered by a cloth reached the petrol pump around 9:15 pm and looted the cash," police sources said. After filling the petrol feeling no one near the pump, they overpowered both the employees of the petrol pump at the gun point and even stabbed them with sharp edged weapons. After snatching the amount, they fled from the spot leaving them in a pool of blood, police sources said . Meanwhile the injured petrol pump employees have been identified as Subash Kumar and Pritam Chand. "The incident took place just minutes ago when owner went to his home with the cash, police sources said. After the incident, the injured employees informed police and their employer. Police after having information rushed to the spot and launched hunt to arrest the accused, which is still in progress. Meanwhile a case in this connection has been registered with the Bishnah Police Station. |
