Police traces 3 'run-away valley girls' in Jammu

Jammu, Apr 17: Three valley run-away girls who escaped from their residences in Srinagar were held in Jammu with the help of tracking down their mobile phones, police sources said.
As per police sources, the trio escaped from their respective residences few days ago in Srinagar, following which complaints were lodged by their parents at the concerned police stations. Taking cognizance in this regard the Kashmir police flashed the messages within and outside the state while investigating police team has also put their cellular phone on track to get some lead in the matter.
"During the tracking down Nowabad police traced the trio with the help of their mobile tower locations and took them under custody, sources said.
"The Srinagar police was also informed for their formal handing over to family members, sources said, adding the reason behind their running away from their homes is yet to be ascertained.
