Describes polling on 6 seats unfair, demands third party intervention to sort out K-issue | PoK do not want Modi as PM: BBC Report | | BivekMathur Jammu, April 17: Although Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) residents have been watching the Indian elections keenly through electronic media debates and discussion but the separatist propaganda has made them hate Modi as Prime Minister of India. A video released by BBC India wherein certain residents of this disputed territory especially street vendors and students of Muzzafarabad University were interviewed has revealed that residents of PoK are not happy with Narendra Modi as Prime Minister of the country. An interviewed girl of the University said that the election to six seats is unfair till the Kashmir issue finds a solution. On further questioning as what kind of solution she is seeking, the student replied that Kashmiris want self-rule or self-autonomy in Kashmir which is hanging fire between Government of India and Government of Pakistan. Suggesting a solution, another girl of the university said that a third party (Russia, China or USA) intervention to sort this issue is required. Reacting on Modi as Prime Minister, a street vendor described him disastrous for the peace of the country especially for the Kashmiris. |
