Early Times Report JAMMU, Apr 21: Migrants belonging to Brahmin community whohave been settled in Lalyal Camp and surrounding villages of Marh block have complained about the pathetic condition of educational institutions in the border area. Speaking to the delegation of Brahmins United Federation, the speakers while expressing their disappointment with the present policies of state government wherein poor down trodden Brahmins are not taken care of, sans reservations, educational and development needs. A gathering of Brahmins drawn from villages of Lalyal, Sangrampur, Kana Chak, Hira Chak, Kalyanpur, Makhyal and Karloop deliberated upon their problems in the meeting held at Lalyal camp. The meeting was presided over by Jagdish Chander Sharma Working President Brahmin Kalyan Sabha where as Inderjeet Khajuria President BUF was the chief guest. The others present in the meeting included Prof Davinder Sharma Ex President AIBF, KK Paroch Retd. District and Sessions judge, PR Sharma Retd SP, Rampal Shastri and others. |
