Anantnag, Apr 21: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Chief, Prof Saif-u-din Soz Monday said that after allowing BJP controversial leader Amith Shah to continue poll campaign, the election commission of India exposed its weakness. Addressing a gathering in Verinag area of Anantnag district, Soz said, "On a single page affidavit Election commission of Indian allowed Amith Shah who had threatened to revenge and given a hate speech to carry his poll campaign, thus Election commission of Indian showed its weakness." He said that on each and every day communal forces continue to threat the people of country. "Yesterday I issued a press statement in which I expressed my opinion that supreme court must intervene after a BJP Leader said that here is no place for Non-Modi supporters. This is a big development and I said to submit a PIL against it in the highest court of the land as the election commission of India failed to act," Soz said. He said allowing Amith Shah was unfortunate. "Today he is abusing and tomorrow he can go to the extremes," he maintained. Terming Narendra Modi a danger for his own party and the country, Saif-u-din Soz said that there is no chance for Modi to became Prime Minister of India. "He is poison, poison for his own party and leadership, see the whole BJP leadership is silent as Modi has introduced his own lot in the party and wants to be PM of this country which he will never be." Soz said. Appealing workers to support the collation candidate, Soz said, "In Jammu they (NC) supported us, helped us less or more doesn't matter but now it is our turn and we have to help the party so that our high command can stop the communal forces which can destroy the secularism of our country that we have preserved since decades now." Soz said that he was hopeful after indirect signals from other secular forces of the country that they will stop the Narendra Modi. |
