Locals allege MC Billawer a 'failure, demand probe 7/26/2014 11:27:31 PM Early Times Report Kathua, July 26: A large number of locals from BIllawer alleged that Municipal Committee (MC) Billawar and the Local MLA have totally been failure as they have failed to provide the basic amenities to the people of the area. They also demanded vigilance probe in Municipal Committee Billawar to investigate the role and accountability of the committee and its entire officials. While expressing resentment against worst role of Municipal committee of Billawar, the prominent citizens Advocate Jatinder Singh Badwal, Sarpanch Pallan Akhtar Ali, Sushma Kumari and others alleged that the Main Bus Stand, Sulbah Toilets and Water Coolers all are in deplorable condition. "The Bus stand is reduced as small spot because of massive encroachment while the toilets are seen often locked becoming public inconvenience instead of 'public convenience,' they added. "Municipal Committee and the elected MLA both are seemed handicapped and in slumber regarding the development matter and have left the Billawar unattended state, they alleged.
