Drug peddler held along 'intoxicant syrup' 8/22/2014 12:06:34 AM Jammu, Aug 21: General Railway Police (GRP) today claimed to have arrested one drug peddler besides recovering atleast 90 bottles of intoxicant syrup with trade name 'Corex' which is strictly a prescription drug. According to SSP Railways (GRP), Police party of P/S GRP Jammu headed by ASI Vijay Kumar under the supervision of Chanderjeet Singh Dy.SP, SDPO Railways Jammu and Shiv Kumar Sharma , SSP Railways Jammu while conducting checking/frisking of passengers, who just have de-boarded train Heamkund Express at Platform No.1 Railway Station Jammu at 5:00am intercepted a youth for his suspicious movements. "Identified namely as Mohd Alkaz Sayeed of Dungaro, Bilawar of Kathua was caught by police team and during serach of his luggage police recovered 90 bottles 100/100 ML of banned Corerx from his possession, police said.
