Several prominent NC faces join newly formed PRC
Term NC 'School of corrupts'

Srinagar, Aug 24: Some prominent faces of ruling National Conference and All Jammu and Kashmir Panchayat Conference (AJKPC) today joined a new political dispensation, launched under the name and style of People's Republican Party (PRP) here today.
The office bearers of AJKPC including its Chief Patron Ghulam-ud-din Gulshan of Baramulla who was also provincial President of NC youth wing from 2006 to 2007,vice President Abdul Majeed Mir of Ganderbal, General secretary Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Sofi of Kreeri Baramullah, today on the launch ceremony of PRP in a hotel here said that NC-congress coalition which allegedly ditched them over the years after motivating them to contest Panchayat elections actually forced them to contest elections.
Some staunch followers of NC including former DSP Ghulam Ahmad Bhat son of former NC MLA from Sangrama, Ghulam Rasool Bhat who according to the details was considered a close associate of NC founder Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah, Ali Mohd Malik of Baramullah, Haji Ghulam Mohd Lone of Wwagoob, Ghulam Mohd Bedar of Sopore, Habibullah Bhat of Sangrama, Harjeet Singh of Baramulla, Syed Ahmad Raza, Mohd Rafiq Lone close associate of NC's Muhammad Shafi Uri unanimously while allegedly terming NC 'school of corrupts' said that despite serving NC leadership from the time of sheikh Muhmmad Abdullah they achieved nothing which resulted in forming a new political platform to confront present NC leadership at all fronts.
The details received from the office bearers reveal that PRP will contest upcoming Assembly elections from all the 87 seats of Jammu and Kashmir and its first list of candidates include Ghulam-Mohi-ud-din-Sofi will contest from Sangrama, Sajad Qasim from Anantnag, G.M Mustafa from Budgam,G.M Bhat from Budgam,Ghulam -ud-din Gulshan from Baramullah, Muhammad sultan teli from Sopore, Abdul Majeed Mir from Ganderbal.
Addressing media persons on its launch ceremony office bearers said that regional political parties have so far given bad perception to New Delhi that Kashmiris don't like them but we don't think so, and added that Kashmir issue has been there for 65 years but we shall work on internal governance with focus on eradication of corruption from the society."We will work against Bhartiya Janata Party's stand to abrogate article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir which gives special status to Jammu and Kashmir, besides my party men would also work on certain issues which actually add money in abundance to the office of regional political parties in the name of nationalism."Said one founde member of PRP on the sidelines of launch ceremony.
He also said that many political parties and noted politicians of Kashmir are these days weaving a conspiracy with BJP leadership in Delhi, Jammu and other parts of the country to make ways fro abrogating article 370 and added that PRP candidates are adamant to work on this particualry front besides PRP has an agenda to make regional political parties and politicians accountable for funds which central government sanctioned since 1947 for developmetal activities of Jammu and Kashmir.
