'NSTA will take legal course' | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Aug 24: Newly Selected Teachers Association (NSTA) today held a meeting under the chairmanship of Imran Lone where all the selected teachers of district Kishtwar participated at Dak Bunglow Kishtwar. During meeting, all the participants unanimously decided to work towards finding legal solution against the stay granted by the Jammu and Kashmir High Court in a writ petition filled by those who did not find their names. All the participants expressed their concern over the false claims raised by the petitioners in writ petition. They said that the petitioners are presenting wrong facta before the honorable court. NSTA also strongly condemned the baseless propaganda spread by the petitioners against SSRB officials and board members who conducted the viva test of the aspirants. They urged upon the Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir for speedy disposal of the writ petitioner and urged upon him to vacate the stay of the list so that their hard work could meet the justice, besides also decided to approach prominent member of legal fraternity for legal remedy in case the need arises in the future. |
