Two held with 95 pouches of liquor from Bus Stand Kishtwar 8/30/2014 11:15:27 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Aug 30: Continuing its drive against the anti social elements indulged in the drug peddleing and illicit liquor, Police today arrested two persons including a woman bootlegger and recovered 95 pouches of illicit liquor in two separate incidents in Kishtwar. "Acting on the input given by District Special Branch (DSB) of Kishtwar police, a team of police from Police Station Kishtwar conducted a raid and arrested one pearson identified namely as Roshan Lal of Pullar Kishtwar and recovered 45 pouches of liquor of 250 ml each from his possession. A case under 48 Excise Act was registered against the accused. In similar raid, on August 27, Kishtwar police arrested a women identified namely as Usha Devi w/o Mastan Singh of Drabha Dool and recovered 50 pouches of liquor from his possession in Gudhali Chowk area of the town.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
