Madan reaches to flood affected people

Jammu, Sept 7: Madan Lal Sharma former Member Parliament continued visiting flood affected areas to restore and support victims of flood in various party of Jammu.
He termed the situation very grim and demanded the joint action of Central and State Government to put things back on track.
Sharma visited Hamir Sidhar, Palatan, Dhad Channi, Garkhal, Mala Bela, Shitrawalla, Indri, Mera, Bandowal ,Pargwal . He demanded long term shelter, food and medical support in the flood affected areas. Sharma demanded immediate relief for the people affected by flash floods and heavy rains in different parts of Jammu region particularly Jammu, Samba, Poonch & Rajouri.
Sharma asked the Administration to ensure that the safety of the people is ensured and the necessary steps are initiated to shift them to the safer places. He showed his concern over the heavy rains and flash flood and asked the Deputy Commissioners to assess the loss of live stock, property and crops and provide immediate relief to the affected people.
